Terms of Service
Last updated 6 October 2026
Atrium is a personal web app that brings a few everyday tools together in one place — Ledgerlight (an investment portfolio view built from broker documents in a connected mailbox) and a train timetable search for the State Railway of Thailand. By signing in you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Ledgerlight reads investment documents (emails and password-protected PDFs) from an Outlook mailbox you connect, parses them, and renders a read-only view of your portfolio: value, amount invested, gain/loss, allocation, and a transaction history you can export.
It is read-only. Ledgerlight never places trades, moves money, or changes anything in your broker or mailbox.
The train tool looks up public timetables, seat availability, and fares on the State Railway of Thailand's D-Ticket website on your behalf. It never books, holds seats, or pays — booking happens on D-Ticket itself.
If you set up a seat watch, we re-check that train on D-Ticket on a schedule you choose (every 5 minutes at most) until the travel date, and post a message to the Discord webhook you added when space opens up or runs out.
2. Accounts and access
This is a small, personal project. Anyone can sign in with Google or Discord and gets their own private portfolio, but connecting a mailbox for automatic sync requires approval by the site operator.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in and any PIN you set confidential.
3. Acceptable use
Use Ledgerlight only for your own portfolio and only connect a mailbox you are authorised to read. Use the train tool for personal trip planning, not bulk or automated querying. Do not attempt to access another user's data, disrupt the service, or reverse the security controls that keep accounts separate.
4. Not financial advice
Atrium and its tools are informational. Nothing Ledgerlight shows is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing here is an offer or recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Figures are derived by parsing broker documents whose layouts change, so they can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. They are not real-time and are not a substitute for your broker's official statements. Always verify against your broker before making any decision or filing.
Train times, seats, and fares come from SRT's website at the moment of lookup and can change at any time; confirm on D-Ticket before you travel or book.
5. Third-party services
To work, Atrium relies on services run by others: Google or Discord (sign-in), Microsoft (reading your connected mailbox), Binance (if you connect a read-only API key), a public exchange-rate service for currency conversion, the State Railway of Thailand's D-Ticket website (train lookups), and Discord (seat-watch alerts, only if you add a webhook). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
6. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. It is offered as a personal project and may change or stop at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator and contributors of Atrium are not liable for any loss or damage — including investment losses, missed trains, or decisions made in reliance on the figures shown — arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes and termination
These terms may change; continued use after an update means you accept the new version. Access may be suspended or removed at the operator's discretion, and you can stop using the service and disconnect your mailbox at any time.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the site operator at pawaret.m@outlook.com.
